*Become empowered- Stop seeing yourself as a victim and choose how you want to show up for yourself. Feel everything throughout the day. Shift your perception and beliefs which impact your emotional state-mindset 

*Embrace All of Your Gifts and See the Beauty In Your Life - Uncovering what you truly value while Integrating gratitude to the little things in life that you may overlook. Uncovering what really matters and what brings joy and meaning - that you already possess.

Session 1: Clarity

During our first session, I’ll help you gain clarity on how to show up and step into your radiant life. As we move forward, we’ll determine what blocks and limiting beliefs are preventing you from achieving your dream version of yourself. 

Sessions 2-5: Guidance, Support, Integration

Each week, based on what feels aligned, you’ll experiment with new daily practices. These baby steps entail journaling, self-care practices, eating nourishing food, movement, meditation, and connecting with your soul’s purpose.

After Four Weeks, You Will:

  • Feel vibrant + connected with the brilliance of your body’s messages

  • Build confidence so you trust your instincts and make choices that serve your full being rather than gleaning answers outside yourself

  • Enhance relationships in your life by communicating your needs in a kind, loving way, then listening for what others need as well

  • Feel calm and patient with yourself and others so you respond mindfully rather than react out of fear or anger

  • Reconnect with the fun, playful part of yourself 

  • Feed your body and spirit in ways that feel nourishing 

  • Create a life of radiance that you love 

  • Show up for yourself in a more creative way 

This is for you if…

  • You take care of everyone else first, then feel depleted when it comes to tending to your own needs and are convinced there is not enough time 

  • You’ve forgotten what gets you jazzed and that you still have a creative soul waiting to flourish

  • You beat yourself up when you make a mistake because you believe you should do everything perfectly, the first time and believe you will achieve more by berating yourself 

  • You deprive yourself of the food you love because you believe that’s the only way to lose weight so you will feel good in her body and will be loved

  • You rarely feel relaxed and easeful because you are thinking about the mistakes you made in the past and what may go wrong in the future

  • You struggle to ask for help because you believe you should be able to juggle unlimited activities during the day and then you get angry that nobody is offering to help her

  • You eat mindlessly because it makes you feel better in the moment when you feel sad, angry, or jealous because it’s too painful to sit with these feelings. It’s often because you struggle with not-enoughness and don’t feel understood or heard. And your needs are not being communicated and met.

  • Your food choices are rigid because you feel that is the only thing you can control in your life because you often feel out of control, filled with worry and anxiety
